Take two tablespoons of swing, a good shot of rhythm, a handfull of Tap, pinch of Street Dance, a sprinkling of Body Drum and a generous helping of Lindy Hop. Stir and slowly bring to a boil. That's how you make the best Swing Soup!

What is the best place to be at parties...?

On Saturday, October 24th, you can enjoy this great Swing Soup, in the Floogees' Rhythm Kitchen, in community center 'De Rietwijker' in the North of Amsterdam. Sign up now, because our cosy Rhythm Kitchen isn't too large and... full is full! (we actually had to turn some people down, last year...).

In the Rhythm Kitchen, our chefs will prepare all the dance ingredients that are needed for a delicious Swing Soup: Lindy Hop, Street Dance, Tap, Body Drum and, muchmuch more, varying from 'mild' to 'hot'.

And after a whole day of tasting the greatest dances, you're just about ready for a delicious main course. And that gets served in the evening, in the Floogees' Rhythm Kitchen 1930' night club. From 20.00 until 01.00, our swing DJ's will spin the greatest music and you can watch several special acts.

In the Rhythm Kitchen, we'll start cooking at 09.30 hrs. Lunch is served at 13:20 hrs. At 17.00 hrs we'll close the joint for a few hours, so we can do the dishes and prepare everything for the main course.

From our a la carte menu with 13 choices, you get to select five Swing Soup dishes , each lasting for an hour and 10 minutes.
